Prior to adding any mixing solution make sure both peptide and solution are at room temperature. This will make sure your peptides are effectively mixed every time.

Gently add your mixing solution into the vial, making sure to drip the solution down the side of the vial to protect the peptide.

Then give the vial a gentle swirl before storage for 24 hours in a refrigerator. At that point, the peptide is ready to use.
