This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered by REVIVE PEPTIDES. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. DISPATCH TIMES
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following working day (Excludes Saturdays which will be 9am any orders after that will be processed on Monday)
2. SHIPPING METHODS
We offer both IRELAND, UK and international delivery options:

We ship using An Post, hours is an estimated and not guaranteed. An Post service terms state that delivery dates are delivery aims, which means parcels may occasionally take longer to arrive
— especially during busy periods or due to unforeseen delays.
3.PROOF OF DELIVERY
A Post provides GPS tracking and proof of delivery when a parcel is scanned as delivered. If An Post confirms that a package has been delivered to the correct address provided at checkout — for example, by GPS coordinates or delivery confirmation — we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.
If you believe a delivery has been mis-scanned or incorrectly confirmed, please contact us so we can raise the issue with An Post. We will support the investigation process and update you with the outcome.
4. TRACKING
Tracked services include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that peptides can legally be imported into their country. REVIVE peptides is not liable for packages seized by customs or delays caused by import regulations.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct before placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and your parcel is delivered else where, we cannot issue refunds or replacements. If you realise you have made a mistake, please email us immediately before dispatch.
